That dreamy, hypnotic effect is what I'm after.

I'm pretty happy with my TC M300. It is a big step up from the Alesis MiniVerb I used for years. You can build the room with it and get the reverb you are looking for.

That one got high ratings for best multieffects unit for under $1000.

I have a Digitech TSR-24S rackmount that sounds good, but definitely not as rich as the effects in that video.

I listen to that vid through my cheap laptop speakers and wonder if maybe it was recorded with a mic and not straight from a console. There is some nice ambience there that sounds very live. I can achieve similar with the TC and some pre-effect EQ to smooth (Muddle) the tails.

As for the delay, I like my 104Z. I sold a Diamond Memory Lane for it. (Very good pedal) I've still got some old digital delays when I want clean repeats.

For tape delay like FX I use the Ibanez DM 2000 digital delay. It got a LED display for the delay time in msecs. And goes up to 1024 msec. The delay time modulation is working fine.
But the best of all is its full analog feedback. Because of the low fi A/D and D/A converters then (first half of the eighties), the feedback get more and more compressed and looses its high frequency content. Just like a good tape delay done by a tape machine.

For reverb, specially long non natural reverb tail I use the Lexicon Model 200 from the eighties. Nice clear and never muddy sound. Even with reverb tails way beyond 20 secs.

But this is only my preferences. Other music styles and tast need different sound and characters. So use what you like. Have a test session in a good music store. Lend FX from friends for a test drive.

I think the FX in the video is something like a Roland Space Echo. I am not sure you can get this dreamy quality you are after with a M-3000. I have a TC M-3000 and it sounds very clean and pristine, I have used it with my Voyager and I like the combination a lot. I have also used it with an Eventide H-8000 FW and can get this effect you are looking for very quickly.

Maybe this is supposed as spam, but with the voyager I prefer the EHX memory man deluxe instead of a digital delay. It sounds and feels so pretty analog

I get similar results on my Lexicon MPX 550.

Anyone tried the Digitech stereo reverb stompbox? I have a pedalboard for my Voyager live and I'm trying to avoid dragging a rack.

Lexicon has nice reverbs and many rack mound effects units to choose from.. I have an Eventide Eclipse which is a cheaper version of the Eventide mentioned here. I have used it quit a bit lately to add reverb post foogers.

Vintage remakes like the Roland Space Echo will give you a nice sound as well but realize that these are still digital remakes.

But my recomendation is that most solid reverbs with a bit of tweaking will give you that kind of effect minus the skill of the musician of course. You have to add that yourself.

Yes, I ordered the "DIGIVERB" little stomp box and returned it. I did not find it had any range at all and (to me) what effect it could impart sounded bad.

Granted I was used to hearing my Voyager ran through Korg and Access Reverb!
