Registering Replacement LP?

The LP I bought from sweetwater died after two days.
The one coming has a different serial number.
I already registered the dead one.
What do I do about re-registering the replacement?
Sorry if it's a dumb question, I've never had gear die on me.

You still just register your new one. I have a LP SEII and a tribute both registered.

It doesn't work, keeps saying "Please check the accuracy of your serial number."

Hi Subtronik,
This has happened to me nearly every time I have tried to register my Moog products. If you call the Moog kiddies during their business hours, they will take care of it for you.

That's odd, I just registered my SEII back in Decemeber w/ the LP Tribute on my registration information. Sorry it didn't work for you, but as stated here, call Moog, they'll fix it, they did for me when I got a second hand Voyager RME and needed to switch the registration into my name.

One thing I've noticed is that you can't just enter the number... if the serial number says "SE 01234" or whatnot, you have to enter the letters as well. It's a very picky system (too picky if you ask me)
Or of course, just call Moog... possibly email would work too.
Cheers,
Amos

I called Moog today and was told to just enter the numbers, but that didn't work either. I'll call back tomorrow and get it sorted.
Thanks for the replies.

Make sure you enter it as SE#### removing the leading zero.
If your serial number was printed on the Phatty as SE09845 you would enter SE9845.

Wow, that worked. Thanks.
The weird thing is I included the zero with the first one I registered.
