Has anyone completed the field upgrade for the Stage to Stage II? What is the process and what comes with the field upgrade?

What you get is a USB side panel that's not to hard to swap with the existing one. Also, you get a CD with the OS 2.00 on it.

Actually, the process is pretty self explained. Disconnect a couple of wires (no soldering involved) and connect the same wires to the corresponding terminals on the new panel. Shouldn't take more than fifteen minutes and is almost foolproof.

I ordered and received the LP Stage II Field Upgrade and I must say I'm disappointed especially with a company with such high status as Moog.
For $100 I would have expected an instruction manual with this kit but there were no instructions with it!
A few people mentioned getting an OS CD with it. Mine had no CD
Also the shipping invoice stated "LP Stage II Manual Addendum". This was also not included.

All that stuff that you're missing is downloadable for free from the Moog site

While the OS is downloadable and the updated manual, there are NO downloadable instructions for this update on their web site.

However Moog came through for me and sent me the CD with the update and instructions.
It was supposed to be in the upgrade kit but somehow got left out.
I called them yesterday morining and the CD was here by yesterday afternoon!
Talk about fast.
