Stage II now comes with BLUE lights as an option?

I've seen this popping up in several online stores.
Looks like the Stage II will now come in two different versions: one with orange/red lights, and one with blue lights:
Music123.com
Musiciansfriend.com
Both Music123 and Musician's Friend are the same company, and I've only seen it there. Places like Zzounds or Sweetwater aren't listing it. Maybe it's an exclusive deal through that distributor.

I kinda like the black/orange/red of my Stage. When it first came out I thought it looked way cooler than the TE. But now I'm drawn to the blue Stage II. Maybe it's just because it's "new"

On musciansfriend the blue led model is $40 cheaper. Is the a second color, maybe white, for the octave buttons?

I always thought they got it backwards on the stage and the tribute models. I think the tribute would have looked nicer with red to go with the wood ends and the stage would look better with the blue to complete its monochrome cold look.

I dunno about red and amber on the Tribute. I don't think it would have looked as classy. I DO know that a blue-white color scheme would STILL not look as cool as my tri-color scheme with custom wheel lights.

Maybe you are right about the tribute. To be honest for some reason I'm not a nig fan of the LP with wood sides, I actually prefer the rubber sides. I really think blue/white would have looked better against the black/grey scheme on the stage than orange. Doesn't really matter though, I'm not about to sell my stage just so I can get prettier LEDs.

I like wood sides...I want to get some of my own made up, but I also like to buy gear, and this economy isn't helping me do any of those things right now.

Of course, if you prefer the blue lights and don't mind spending the money, you could send it back to the factory and have Amos switch the lights out.

I like the look of the blue LEDs but that's just because it's new LOL I love my LP just the way it is.

I could never part with my TE. I prefer the wood and the color of the LEDs.

i want indigo ones! I wonder if Moog will ever do a Phatty select series?
Black Ash w/ fractal blue speckle thingies + Indigo Leds LP would be so pretty.
