Tuning Multimoog and little information in the servicemanual

Hi,
the manual does not explain how to proceed with tuning of the Multimoog...
who can give me more information?
For example we talk about osc A but does not say how the osc B: In the same way?
Why is my osc B can not even rise to the note F with osc scale trimpot ?
someone please enlighten me!
