Moogerfoogers...True Bypass? Buffered Out?

hey im new here...i was wondering if someone could tell me if the moogerfoogers are true bypass or buffered out, or what? thanks

The Moogerfoogers are not true bypass so if you are really into the SRV sort of thing you may just want to leave right now. Or else just use a loop box that will take the MF(s) out of the chain. Personally I kind like overdriving my amps with a little Moogerfooger.
I wonder this myself. Alot of modular synths run on +10v. Maybe that's why they can't be true bypass. You need some sort of pre amp, thats already in the MFs to raise your signal to the +10v.

They are a Buffered output.

i sometimes wish they were true bypass so i could use the drive as part of the effect rather than a continuous "feature".... most times it doesnt bother me.
