Factory Presets

Being a proud owner of the LP Stage 2, I was wondering if there was a site on the net that I could download Stage 1 preset sounds? The Stage 2 sounds are fun and tweakable, but I'm just interested in finding other sounds which I can completely mess around with.
Thanks
James

While I miss some of the Stage I sounds, the Stage II sounds are much more useful. For me anyway. With the Stage I sounds I was able to tweak that patch Pink Floyd used for Welcome to the Machine. I miss that one the most.
Of course you could always go on the game show Ask Amos.

A lot of us have been contestants. You could win the Stage I sound bank, I'm sure.

If you still have that Pink Floyd patch, I am very interested!

That was so much easier than I thought it would be!
Thanks for the help everyone!

That worked fantastically! Thanks for the help!
I'll have to make me a custom preset "playlist" with the best of both banks, cause there are some definite keepers in the Stage 1 presets.

Sorry, no. I, too am interested in recreating that sound. If I manage to stumble across it again, I'll let everyone here know.

There should be a clearinghouse somewhere of LP patches that we can share and download -- with sound clips. Hell... I've only had a couple of days with mine, but I think I've already come up with some nice leads... just sayin'...

That's a brilliant idea! Anyone else think so too?
I made some nice LFO effects the other day, which sounded crazy with the way I had the oscillators and filter set.

Yeah I like this idea! Perhaps we could start a thread on the MoogSpace forum, as that doesn't seem to be doing much right now. I'd do it myself, except I'm elbows deep in my LP trying to get these lights to work without disrupting the other functions. I think it'll work after I solder all the connections I've made. Taking another break, right now is all.

I looked... There is a file section with a presets category.

Well that makes things easy!

Who's in charge of that site?
I'm thinking that there should be a Little Phatty subcategory, and we should observe a naming protocol of some sort, like:
LEAD: Psychic Drive
BASS: Ballsy Bass
FX: Abduct Elvis
Just a suggestion, but it would make searching easier.

I put up my personal favorites from ALL of the LP banks from the Moog site... here's the url:
http://stashbox.org/134872/best%20of%20TE%20SE%20II.syx
Keep in mind it's just one user's opinion of "best of", and also I had to pick 100 out of 300, so some good ones got left behind.
enjoy.
