Independent Filter Modulation - Multiplicative Shapers

Hello,
can you independently modulate the filters in the Voyager? That would be WAY cool. If not, I don't see any other reason for having two instead of different (parallel / serial) configurations. Anyone?
Also, are the shapers still multiplicative instead of additive? I think that I heard Moog Music was about to address this problem in a future OS. It seems that you cannot modulate something unless the mod wheel is a little bit up. If it's all the way down then zero times any amount equals zero, i.e. no modulation. Also, with multiplicative shapers you use very little amount of modulation, more like 0-20% due to that nature of multiplication. Detailed adjustments are a bit difficult as well. That's a real bummer
