Hi, I was wondering if the sound samples for the voyager on the Moog site are with a stock voyager, or tweaked with extra CP units, VC footpedals, etc. thanks!

I don't believe they're tweaked with any external gear. In fact some of those samples are presets stored in ROM. I'm reffering to the samples when you view the Signature/Performer Voyagers. I don't know if there are other samples on the site maybe.
