Does anyone here know about Fender Rhodes electronics?

Im having some issueswith my vibrato. Both lights are working but when I turn the pot on the right one turns off. None of them flash, they are just steady on.

I have a Rhodes Mark One and use my MF-102 for vibrato so I wont be able to help.
