Hehe,
Im in Moog Pergatory. Its the mental state that you enter into when you purchase a Moog product and you have to wait in between tracking number updates to find out where it is until the estimated shipping date.


I settled on an Ash Lunar Voyager/Vx351, supposed to get here next week.

Since its the weekend, All that I have to go on is that it left its departure scan at 8am yesterday, and since its Saturday, I won't get an update until monday.

Since when do you think FedEx or UPS (or whoever they ship with) only work during the business week? Updates occur quite regularly over the weekend! I just ordered an item and watched it all last weekend long! Keep refreshing that page! You know you want to! Go ahead! Do it! Do it!

Moogatory? LOL I was in the same sitch a few weeks ago when my Prodigy was being delivered. Feel for ya.
BUT - good things come to those who wait, as the old saying goes.

When I was a young teen, I couldn't wait for Paia to deliver my next kit or module.

Now my livingroom looks like this below and I hardly touch the synths unless I'm working or testing 'em.

Kevin, You have just given me something to work towards...I too want a room full of analog audio equipment...I'm so jealous. BTW, You are one of my heros, and it's an honor for me to see your synth collection...or more likely, part of it.

Thanks for the kind words, though I've never collected synths.
I own only a worn D-50 and a broken Kitten.
But I'm rarely without something entertaining, which is good because I can't afford any of them anyways.

Surely you can fix the Kitten, right? I mean, you can fix ANYTHING. And you do excellent work.

Yeah, two string filters.
Maybe excessive consumption, but not so crazy since there can be several sections to a string arrangement.
Also you can do stereo mixes.
They're normally external anyways.
Just there to transport in a rack.

I once had original blueprints to the Kitten and sold them on Ebay.
One of those "When will I ever need these?" things.
Then, someone gave me a Kitten.
It was previously worked on by someone else and I have no idea if the chips in it are even the correct ones.
Now the schemos are no where to be found.
