Voyager Editorian language setting problem

I recently got the Voyager Editorian program and found that it simply didn't work at all for me. I sent email to Suntower and got reply that I had to set the non-unicode language default to English from Korean. This is the only software that requires this setting. Not only that this setting f**ks up some programs that need Korean. Anyone else experiencing this problem? How did you fix it? I sent email back that if this cannot be fixed, I have to ask for refund, but getting no reply yet.

What language version of your computer OS are you using?
What OS does your computer use?
Mac or PC?
More details would help to us to understand what is going on and if we have the same setup, but working fine.
I don't have a problem like this here on my german Mac OS X.

Win XP Pro SP3 English version with Korean fonts installed. The person who emailed me (
editors@suntower.com) knew exactly what the problem is because he/she was the one who suggested that I try setting non-unicode setting to English. (It works fine when set in English) Here is the email:
Hi Hanjong-
It is no an issue of fonts. On Korean or Japanese Window XP the data fall into a 'preformated' string of bytes. The Korean or Japanese Window doubles the bytes. Normally there is we had no problem with that you are the first if this is a reason. Did you switch the regional settings as described below - do not worry you can turn it back on? What is your Midi Interface btw?
Thanks!

So it does look like Windows or the Sound Editor has problems. But only in this combination.
So I don't have an idea about the why, because I am not using Windows.
Maybe others here have this problem or without it using also Win XP SP3 and active Korean language. Anyone?

It's been almost two weeks past the "end of the month" and nothing yet. I've sent email which was not replied. WTF?
