The mod wheel on my Voyager Select is acting strange through MIDI. If I play into the Voyager from another controller and move the mod wheel from that controller, it quickly alternates between wherever the Voyager's mod wheel is and where the MIDI mod wheel is. If I turn local control off on the Voyager the problem goes away. It could be jitter from the mod wheel, but I don't see a constant stream of MIDI messages coming out of the Voyager.

Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks, -jl

This is a ready knows problem. It is one of problems related to pitch and modulation wheel ready solved in the next software version 3.4 coming out in a few weeks.

I figured out the problem. In the Master menu, change "MIDI Mod Wheel" from 14-bit to 7-bit. The screen says "Mod wheel sends..." but I guess it means sends/receives.

I spoke too soon, it didn't actually fix the problem. I'll look forward to that update, then.
