Initializing Parameters

I remember reading in an older thread about this, but with OS 2.1 the stored values appear totally different than the diagram with pot positions in the manual. Also when I initialize, Oscillators 2 and 3 are off but memory says On when it's actually Off. I flip the switch On, and now it's actually on.
I wish there was a way I could store my own values in memory for the Initialize parameter.
