Do you think it's possible to mod the MF-101? Has anyone?

Another thread has me thinking.
I love the pedal but feel a few mods would really make it kick ass. 2 things I think are missing are the ability to be a high pass filter. and also that there is no down motion envelope feature.
Has anyone here tried this? or know of anyone who could do this?

I asked the same thing a few months ago. No reply. I guess we have to get the Lovetone Meatball...

I was thinking the same thing, but I've fooled around with the high pass setting and down settings on my Maxon AF and on some mu-tron type effects and I don't have much use for either-- I was suprised atcually. I usually find a way to use all sorts of sounds.

See...I have a Mutron III and the down filter and the high pass filter settings are essential to my sound. The MF-101 is also essential to my sound so I wish the MF-101 could just take care of it all so I don't have to have 2 huge envelope filters on my board.
Bitch...moan.

Can you use the CP-251 with negitive voltage to send the envelope in reverse?

Yes you can and it sounds cool but it doesn't sound like a regular reverse envelope filter.

I know what you mean Jeebus. I've given up hope that my pedal board will shrink. I'm about to remove a distortion to fit the low pass on it. That will make the low pass, a Maxon AF-9 and a Fulltone Clyde deluxe wah (and eventually the CP251 probably). I'm making plans for a second pedal board so I can get some joggin in with my tap dancing. And the murf is looking pretty essential to what I like to do with chords and rythmn playing stuff.
