....Wouldn't it be great if you could create presets on your moogerfooger pedals? That is what the Automator Junior is all about. For instance you can foot-switch between two delay times, two phaser rates, depths etc....
First connect the Automator Jr. to any of the expression pedal/control voltage jacks on the moog pedal for the function you wish to control. Now simply set the lower value on the moog pedal (longer delay time, slower rate etc...) and the higher value on the Automator Jr. The foot-switch selects between the value set on the pedal and the value set on the automator. You can use as many Automator Jr. units as there are expression pedal control voltage inputs so you may want to get more than one.
The Automator Jr. has a much wider sweep than a typical volume pedal. It is possible to access extreme setting that aren't possible with the built in controls in some cases. (watch those tweeters kids). For instance when using the ring modulator it is possible to go from the tremolo sound (amplitude modulation) to the ring modulation sound which would normally require you to flip the rate switch.
Once you have tried it you won't want to use your moog pedals without it.
This is a custom controller pedal I designed for use with moog and moogerfooger pedals
