Subsequent 37 Editor - Mac M chips + Sub37/SubPhatty patch compatibility

Gosh I really hope they're going to fix these editors at some point for Sequoia, this one and my Minitaur both do not work anymore.
Ive loads of sounds saved in them and lots of tracks that I can not longer play via the editor anymore.
Id have happily stayed don an older version of the Mac platform but my new Mac came with Sequoia so I am now locked out.
It has become a real pain. Obviously I know there are other ways to play them within logic, but that doesn't help much with tracks id already started and the editor has the patches id made for them. Ways around that, so some extent at least too I guess, but these were sooo nice to use within the DAW before, con stirring they're still selling these I am finding it a tad frustrating that over a year later (and maybe longer than that for M series, I have no way to know) and they still haven't done anything about it.
On another note... does anyone know if the Sub Phatty and Sub 37 have patch compatibility?
