No sound via main output and headphones output

Hi everyone! I bought Moog Muse yesterday. Just an hour ago i turned it on and there's no sound via main output or headphones output. The lights are flashing, the buttons are responsive. I've updated the firmware (to 1.4.0) but still no sound.
Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you
