How to get old Animoog and Filtatron in 2025?

Hello there,
Does anybody know how to get the original animoog and filtatron up and running? Preferrably with all of their features (don't care for timbres or presets). If not then the most stable and recent releases? I do have access to the apple account and can confirm the purchase of both apps. However I do not have any old devices that could potentially redownload the apps. Is there a specific older generation Ipad model I should look at purchasing? Any Ipad OS versions I should avoid due to compatability issues? I am well aware of animoog z, I own it and its great, but I long for the simplicity of the original.
