Moog Music Forum

Hello all, I have been trying to get in touch with Moog Music for the past few weeks but they're not answering my emails or phone calls and even getting a support ticket doesn't work.
I know they were acquired by a foreign company a few months ago and they also laid off a lot of people from the Asheville plant but does anybody know how to reach them these days?
