Hello everyone I can't find the Subsequent 37 editor on the website. The patch files indicate that you need to activate the device and leads to an invalid link. MoogMusic.com/Register .

What should I do and how can I solve the problem?

Long story short, the downloads for everything now seem to be at
https://www.moogmusic.com/downloads/
with no account/login required.

There is also another site for Moog software registration (plugins etc) at
https://software.moogmusic.com/user/products
that does require a login. The Moogerfooger plugins require the hated ilok which requires yet another login/account.

Then there is this forum, which also requires an additional account.

Not to be forgotten is the new owner/brand site at
profile.inmusicbrands.com
which requires yet another different account/login

There used to be an ftp site that had all the downloads but I cannot find it anymore.

I have yet to find a site that has my legacy product registrations - it used to be at the site that you posted that no longer goes anywhere.

This may all change tomorrow, but I don't see how it could be any worse than it is today.

Hope this helps

I was in the same boat. I can't even register my Subsequent 37 because the InMusic site does not recognise the Moog serial number due to too few numbers. Anyway I found this help article which has links to the downloads.

I had the same problem registering my Subsequent 37.
Contact InMusic support. It took about 3 days but they did get it registered.

Thanks! New Subsequent 37 owner here, that link was exactly what I was looking for! That should be stickied at the top of this thread.

@MusicMike5, is there any benefit to registering a second-hand Subsequent37 other than getting access to the editor?

What is Moog/Inmusic doing. Why is this editor not displayed on the Subsequent 37 download page. Really strange and not customer friendly. For me it also doesn't show any downloads when I log in to the (now) Inmusic portal and check the downloads for my registered Subsequent 37. Inmusic is not making me confident they'll improve things for Moog this way.
