Tell us about your beautiful Moogerfoogers. Did you get them when they were still in production and much more affordable? After the honeymoon phase, did you find that other more accessible pedals performed just as well or better?

I had a Minifooger Delay awhile back. It was obviously quality and a joy to fiddle around with thanks to Moog’s elegant design aesthetics, but the delay itself was a little too dark for my preference. I’m interested in the ring mod, low pass filter, and bigger delay options if I can find a good deal (that’s not likely though haha).

The 104M is my favourite delay, I think. For live, I've often used a more basic -and digital- Boss RE20 since I love its reverb and it allows me to have both effects in one box, but the 104M is wonderful. I had the opportunity to compare it to the 104Z: I like it very much too, but really, that 104M...

The 103 is also a must-have to me. Same story: I have used another phaser for live purposes since it had tap tempo and a couple more options that mattered. I'm talking about the SubDecay Quasar DLX: great sound, huge feature set including a mix setting that allows to have 100% phase modulated signal, aka vibrato. Back to the 103: it sounds very liquid and the fact you can set the center frequency makes it very flexible.

The 102 you are interested in is usually one of the least expensive these days, isn't it?
