[Sub37] Potentiometer references

Are all the potentiometers on the 2 boards of the Sub37 are the same ?
It seems that for instance the potentiometer of the Drive is thinner than the VCO2 Level when I look at this :
Here are the measures I made :
And some close pictures of 3 same potentiometers Moog send to the previous owner for repair :
