Removing vintage Minimoog Oscillator board

First post, looking forward to exploring this forum! Very recently I bought an early Minimoog (serial range 4xxx) and some work will need to be done to bring it back to proper specs. Everything appears to work, but the sound can go wild when turning some of the pots, amongst other interesting observations. I have new bushings on the way and will be pulling things apart to do some basic cleaning and troubleshooting.

Curious as I have not come across advice on the best way to remove the oscillator circuit board which mounts to 2 socket connectors, so rocking them back and forth to ease out is not really possible. It is very firmly attached, so I'm a little nervous to apply too much upward pressure to get the Osc board out of the sockets.

Wondering if removing the 2 socket connectors and then prying them off would be a better solution. If someone that knows better sees this and can lend advice, would appreciate it. Thanks!

I'll answer my question as I ended up pulling the Osc board out myself, in case it might be helpful.

What I found worked best was going slow and easy while using an object as a lever, to press up slightly on one side, and then moving it to the other side and pressing up slightly on the board. In my case, I used a bone folder since I wanted to use something rigid and strong, but not something that might scratch the metal case. Eventually I was able to move the board up enough to safely grab the sides and wiggle it the rest of the way out. In the end I've taken it out and re inserted several times, but it's definitely a daunting process as I don't want to damage the tracings or components!
