Voyager stuck in boot loop

Hi there,
My minimoog Voyager has recently started experiencing an issue turning on. It seems to get stuck in a "boot loop" of sorts and can't get to functioning.
I opened a ticket with Moog support but haven't received a response yet.
Has anyone seen this before?
I am comfortable with repairing electronics with replacement parts myself.
Hoping this is a relatively simple repair!
P.S. I attempted to attach photos and videos to this but there's an error saying "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached." Come on, mods! Get this together, please!

What year is your Voyager?
My wild guess is a power supply issue, they need to be rebuilt once they get old. You could check the PS voltages out, maybe reseat cables inside the unit too?

Hi ummagumma, thanks for the reply.
After unplugging the synth for a while I managed to get it booted long enough to do a sysex dump of all my patches, thank goodness. I also got a shot of the full system information screen.
It reads:
I'm unsure if this means it was manufactured in 2010 or whether the software is from 2010.
Reading a little bit into things online, I wouldn't be surprised if it's a PSU issue.
I put the videos on dropbox:
Basically in one instance upon power-on, the MIDI LED lights up and the boot logo fills the screen only for the first 1/4 of the screen and then resets back to a black screen. This cycles every few seconds.
In another instance, the logo fully fills the screen and the LED cycles from MIDI to Master to Edit to Panel and then back again. This repeats.
It seemingly gets worse after being turned on for a while, so I wouldn't be surprised if it is indeed a PSU issue.

I'd avoid using it until you get it fixed!

...
This is the firmware release. The date of the physical built of the Voyager is not stored digitally in it.
