Moog One sequencer issue

Greetings,

I've had a M1 for a couple of years and there has always been an issue with the sequencer that I figured might be updated in a fw update but no idea when that might be.

What happens that if a patch has a sequence saved that uses note trigger, the synth will stop working properly with those patches. If you press a key there is no sound and it doesnt trigger the sequence. If I turn off note triggering, I can press play on the sequence and it will play and also the keys work again but it's pretty annoying.

If I reboot the One, they will work properly for a little while, but not long at all. It's like something is crashing in the background.

Anyone ever seen this? What could I try to resolve? It has the latest firmware. I've tried resetting the settings to default and made sure midi input is not preventing it or anything.

thanks!

Similar issue here!
It seems to drift with MIDI CLOCK (I'm connecting via USB).
Also, when I play a sequence on the Moog One Keyboard, it triggers all the Envelope Generators for each step of the sequence. BUT, when I play the sequence via MIDI it only triggers the Envelop Generators for the first note.
The Moog One sees MIDI Clock and syncs to it.
I've been using MIDI for 30 years, I have *STUDIED* the Moog One manual...I have no idea how to fix this.
