Matriarch sound - rich with waves washing over you

I have been trying to recreate this sound forever and have failed each time.

Specifically at 2:06, the way the sound washes over you in waves. I have tried copying the patch as exactly as I can and it sounds wildly unlike the sound in the video. I am basically stupid so any advice anyone has on getting closer to this sound would be appreciated

Yeah, It's hard to say since there are are several synths and effects going on.
