I've got crackling pots on my gramma (cutoff and reverb), the synth is out of warranty. Trying to order from Moog but this drags for months now..
Anyone knows any other company that these pots could be ordered from?
Rant regarding their support is below, feel free to skip.
At first when I approached them I was forwarded to some local distributor (that never replied to me), then the support person said that it's actually possible to order from Moog directly, I've asked if I can order 10pcs just to have a few spare ones, then out of a sudden it appeared they don't have 10 in stock, the 4pcs they've got in stock they've refused to send for some other reason and now I am waiting for these pots to be back in stock... And now it's been more than 2 months... I guess it's the acquisition that affected their support because I've mostly heard good things about them. Anyways - thanks for reading my rant
