Weird tuning issue on Grandmother

I have run the calibration a few times, updated to the latest firmware and I am getting only the B and Bb notes out of tune, almost as if there’s another harmonic that is causing it. Happens on both oscillators and only on a specific register, as in B2 and Bb2, no matter where the octave settings are set. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

Did you calibrate without any patch cables plugged?

If something is changing the pitch of the oscillators, calibrating might yield very funny results. (Such as connecting the S/H out to an osc pitch in)
(Maybe also set the modwheel down, although I expect calibrating would automatically do that.)
