Mother-32, what is this menu?

I ended up in a menu, I think, but don’t know what it does. Tempo led flashes green and yellow and whenever it receives a midi-note all step leds flash.
I think I got there by pressing reset, shift and set-end.
Any information would help, couldn’t find anything in the manual…
