Total noob question: Sending audio out thru USB

Greetings!

I am a complete noob at the Theremin and making music in general. I am enjoying playing around with the Theremini but I do not know how to send audio out through the USB connection. I can plug it into my phone (android) and my PC but neither wants to do anything automatically. They register the connection but I don't see how to get audio from the Theremini to the other device, if that's even possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

To send audio out through the USB connection on your Theremini, you will need to install a driver and configure your computer or phone to use the Theremini as an audio input device.

On your computer:

Download and install the Moog Theremini USB driver from the Moog website.
Connect your Theremini to your computer using a USB cable.
Open your computer's audio settings.
Select the Theremini as the audio input device.
Open your DAW (digital audio workstation) or other audio recording software.
Create a new track and select the Theremini as the input device.
You should now be able to hear audio from the Theremini in your DAW.

Thank you very much!

I also bought one of these: https://us.focusrite.com/products/scarlett-solo

Someone suggested it to me for this particular use.

Haven't had much time lately to play around with the Theremini but I will put your advice into action soon.
