Subharmonicon Sequence 1 Step 3 Not Working Correctly

I recently bought a used Subharmonicon which has a problem with Sequence 1 Step 3. Whereas all of the other steps sweep or step across frequencies based on the quantisation settings, this step outputs a minimum frequency when fully CW and a single higher pitch at all other positions. I've tried cleaning it with electrical contact cleaner, which loosened the pot, but didn't change the behaviour. What are my next steps? Is it possible to source a replacement pot and swap it out? Unfortunately the Subharmonicon is out of warranty otherwise I would get a warranty repair.
