Hi, I just got the Matriarch yesterday and am learning it today. I was following a YouTube tutorial on the sequencer. Suddenly the synth is playing an octave lower. All oscillator settings are at 8’. I cannot figure this out but I’m wondering if I inadvertently got into Global settings somehow. I was using Hold(which I didn’t realize was the shift button) and had Sync Enable pressed just because the guy in the video had it pressed. So, I’m following along in the video and realize my synth is playing an octave lower. I could see in the video that his oscillator settings were also at 8’. I’m order to duplicate what he was doing I had to play everything and octave higher than he was. Does anyone have any idea what happened and how I can get it back to normal pitch?

Did you shift the octave down with shift-play? Perhaps all you need to do is press shift-tap to bring it back up an octave?
