Tuning issue on 2016 Model D reissue

I recently acquired a 2016 model D reissue and I've encountered an issue I can't find any information on. I think the tuning range is set one octave too high. In other words, with an oscillator on 32', the lowest notes on the keyboard play an octave higher than videos I've seen with the same setting. Is there something I am missing here in terms of tuning the range of keyboard properly? Thanks in advance for any help!
