Subsequent keybed doesn't work

Hi
The keybed on my Subsequent 37 doesn't work at all.
I disassembled it an found out that, if i just press on one of the rubber contact lines it still makes a sound, but it repeats the tone after 8 keys. On the other rubber contact line theres no sound coming and if i press both together neither.
Does anyone know what the problem could be?
