Memorymoog VCF Tracking

Hello all , new to this forum , Having an issue with 1/3 , 2/3 tracking. if either of the tracking buttons are on individually all
sounds normal , if both are on,the tracking pitch is horribly out of tune. A little background on this moog. Owned it from new 1994 , living only 45 min. from Moog factory in Buffalo , Walden Av. I had the Power supply upgrade, Auto tune , and ROM upgrade done there. Got to know Leon Falkowski pretty well (hope i spelled his last name correctly !) If somebody can steer me in the right direction much appreciated . BTW this is not a memorymoog+ . thanks in advance.
