Moog Voyager Octave Switch Issue

I'm seeing a very weird issue with a Voyager RME that I figured was calibration related, but seems to be something else. Oscillator 2 I was able to calibrate relative to other VCOs, but not calibrate according to the procedure. Once calibrated, I noticed that 8' aligns with the other oscillators, but all other settings are off by a few semi tones up or down. When I change that switch, it also jitters a bit, which is leading me to think it's either the switch or based upon the service manual maybe the diodes that connect to the switch? I wanted to see if anyone's seen anything similar and may be caused by another issue - I'd prefer to not take the front panel apart unless it's that
