Subsequent 37 stuck: display is freeze with Firmware Update

Hello to everyone,
Today I got this issues, I was installing from the Mackbook M1 the firmware CV 1.3.2 to my moog, i fallow all the steps that the updates requested and on the moog display appears “ Firmware update, flash ereased ready to code” the problem is that this message is still there and the moog is stuck, I don’t know how to solve this issues or restart the moog, I’m getting really crazy, please somebody can help?
