Uploading audio from iPad to soundcloud

I have some recordings I have on my ipadpro that reside in voice memo and I’m trying to upload them into SoundCloud
Does anyone know how to upload audio files from voice memo into SoundCloud. Hoping someone uses an ipadpro and has audio recordings in voice memo and has uploaded them into souncloud. Thanks Iit would be greatly appreciated
