I just picked up a used Voyager, upgraded it from 3.2 to 3.6 successfully, and wanted to load the 7 preset banks that i have in sysex format. Oddly, unless I am missing it, the ability to receive presets via sysex format is gone. Am I hallucinating? Or conversely, does anybody have these as SoundTower compatible files? Thanks, all.

Did you get the files from here? Rudi has the latest versions on his site

Yes, that is where I got the .syx files, but am unable to load them because I cannot find "receive presets" in the Master menu for 3.6, which was present at least through 3.5.

Hey, you're right! I don't see it either. And I looked through all the menus. Some things had moved around.

I'll send him a note. Sometimes he's on this forum & responds to things too.

For the record, I got a reply from Rudi about the "receive presets" menu option:

" in older OS versions there was a page in the MASTER menu called "Receive Preset(s)".
Now you will find this on page 2.2 in the MASTER menu called "MIDI Enables" and when
you hit the button -1 three times there's a function called "Sys. Eclusive".
That's the only difference. The function is the same as on the old OS versions"
