My Moog One has a loud noise floor issue, without D.I box, and doesn't play any key. That noise is not only in speakers and also in headphones. So I'm pretty sure the issue is not about the speaker, cable, sound modulation, and anything like that. The noise is about -66 dB when the max level.

I am confused because I don't think any top instrument which has a such loud noise floor like this. Please see below for this issue.

Basically the master out volume is at unity gain at about 12 o’clock. Above that and it gets noisy.

What’s your master volume set at?
