The secondary LFO on my Matriarch is working, but the LED doesn’t flash at all - it seems dead. It’s still under warranty - do I bother getting it fixed? The repair will mean a long distance courier ride, in which who knows how it’s going to be treated!

I can’t find in the manualhow to do a factory reset? How do I do that?
