Moog Grandmother keyboard issue

Hello!
I'm new on forum.
Yesterday I bought brand new Moog Grandmother, one of the key (lower c#) produces creak sound (like a creaky plastic) after I apply pressure on it. Is it normal, or I need to contact local store?
