Grandmother Global Settings Not Working

Hi friends. I just got a Grandmother used. She seems to be working just fine except when I try to use the MIDI DIN input and when I try to change the pitch bend range in the global settings. I've updated the firmware successfully and followed the global settings instructions but it's not working. Sent a message in to Moog support but thought I'd ask her too. Thanks in advance.
