Matriarch and Grandmother - Problems with midi

Hi,
I suddenly have problems using midi tracks with Ableton Live Suite 11 and my Matriarch and Grandmother.
After loading the project I worked on yesterday and starting a midi track, both Grandmother and Matriarch slightly detune (?). That exact problem occurs both on the matriarch and the grandmother. Seems as if with the midi impulse the synths would get some info to detune. I *never* before had such a problem. Any ideas what might cause this behaviour?
