Minimoog D pitch wheel modification

Hi,
I have a Minimoog D with the old oscillator board.
I would like to do the deadband pitch wheel modification.
I am unable to find the complete instructions for this or the service bullitin #830.
Do anyone have this?

It simply adds a little dead band on the pitch wheel. The mechanic wheel middle detent is not keeping the pitch at exact zero.

So is it for the purposes of a repair, rather than a sophisticated modification?

It is both.
For those experience problems with the pitchwheel not centred perfect at zero.
And those with the fear it might not center perfect in the future.
