Matriarch - No signal out of right channel

My matriarch is currently stuck in mono and I am unable to get it to output through both outputs.
Heres what i've tried:
* Swapped cables - tried both TRS and TS cables
* Zero'd out all knobs etc
* Updated the firmware twice - the second time i reduced the transfer rate to 50%
* Powered on with the device connected and disconnected (shot in the dark)
* Confirmed that its not my interface with the issue because I can swap cables which causes the other interface input to start receiving signal
* Powered the device off for a while then came back and tried again
Any help is much appreciated.
