Question about power adapter for Subharmonicon

Hi!
I just picked up a Subharmonicon today, to accompany my Mother-32. I was just wondering why the Mother-32 came with a 3-prong plug (grounded), but the Subharmonicon came with a 2-prong plug (not grounded). Shouldn't they both have grounded power adapters? Is this anything to be concerned about?
