Hi,

I just got my Dark Matriarch and love it!
I'm trying to get the sequencer to only play via MIDI and not having much success.
I have followed the instructions on page 65 of the manual, and switching Sequence Keyboard Control to 'Off'.
Unfortunately, the sequence still plays internally.

Any ideas?

Parameter 2.5 "Sequence Keyboard Control" does just what it is supposed to: It disconnects the sequencer from the *keyboard* so that you no longer start or transpose the sequence from the keyboard.

But it seems you are looking for something different, disconnect the sequencer from the *synth engine* so that it does not directly produce sound, but outputs the sequence on CV and/or Midi, right? Then you have to use parameter 1.8 "Local Control (Arp/Seq)".
