Sub37 OSC 1 Octave knob not working

I haven't used my Sub37 in a while. The Octave knob no longer works for some reason.

I updated the firmware to 1.2. Downloaded the editor. The Sub 37 Octave range selection responds to software changes so I'm assuming the knob switching is at fault.
I've run the note calibration and set the pitch CV to default. Also restored default MIDI and Global settings?

Anything else I can try before contacting support?

Thanks

Mine stopped working as well (Osc 2). Got a replacement pot for free. Replaced it and it solved the problem.

Mine too. Octave swith for OSC1 and 1 week after that, OSC2 failed too.
Sorry but not very happy with Moog's supposedly good materials.
My experience says otherwise.
I have physically used this synthesizer about 20 times in 8 years (always use the editor because the sinte is not near me) and several things have failed me.
I have a Behringer Model-D that I have been using the panel (no midi, no editor) for 1 year without interruption.
Not a single problem.
Someone tell me what would have happened if I had used the Sub-37 continuously for 1 year like the Behringer.

Interesting. My Osc 1 knob stopped working in October as well. I've put in a support request and am still awaiting a response.

For me the 2 switch cost me about 100€.
Only buy and ship.
I made the change on the synth myself.
I'm very discontent with Moog's quality material.
